CMM strives to make everyone feel included!
Booking us is very easy. You may contact us through this website on our contact inquiry page, through e-mail, or phone call. Once we have all of your event details, you'll receive a proposal that you'll review. This will contain both an agreement and an invoice. Sign the contract and email it back to us. If everything is in order, we just need a 50% down payment.
Once the deposit is paid, we will figure out the next steps, whether that's an in person tasting or phone/ e-mail bar menu consultation.
Every event is different. The final quote is based on guest count, bar package, duration of the event, and add ons. Contact us to get a quote for your special occasion by going to our contact page and submitting an inquiry form.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
NO. In the event of cancellation, which constitutes as a breach of contract, the booking fee/down payment paid shall be non-refundable and the same shall be considered as liquidated damages to Carolina Mix & Mingle Mobile Bar. The client shall be responsible for payment to CMM Mobile Bar for any additional charges which may incur up to the time of cancellation.

This can be a chore if you do it yourself - how many cups? How much ice? What size napkins?
Once it's all said and done, the average wedding uses about 200-400 pounds of ice. We find that our clients enjoy the convenience that we provide when we take care of these chores.
Typically, we use a 12oz cup for beer and a 9oz cup for wine and signature cocktails. These cups are clear durable/ high grade plastic. In some cases we've been asked to provide styrofoam instead of plastic.
If desired, we can get you in touch with purchasing glassware from a local event warehouse.
NO. We calculate how much alcohol you need to supply for your event. Choosing not to purchase the calculated amount does not fall on CMM.
At least 75% of the estimated number of guests should be booked. If you tend to book the minimum amount of guests but exceed the headcount you were quoted for, you will be charged for those extra guest due to our supplied purchases.
Yes, we love to help you customize specialty drinks and you can even come up with your own cocktail name for it.
NC Laws doesn't allow mobile bar services to provide alcohol. Event holders must purchase all alcohol. Any remaining after the event is returned to those who held the event.
Depending on the size of the event, we will arrive 45 minutes or up to 3 hours prior to your event (or ceremony) start time to deliver our bar and set everything up. Actual set-up is 45 minutes to an hour. Many times, we have multiple events in a day with our fleet of rentals and satellite bars, and may deliver everything the morning of the event.
We leave as soon as your bar service ends and our staff has cleaned up the bar equipment. If one of our bars is still present, there is no self serving allowed for liability reasons.
Carolina Mix & Mingle Mobile Bar strives to make everyone feel included! As a gift, CMM provides 2 non-alcoholic complimentary mocktails and 2 non-alcoholic beer options.

Typically, the caterer will provide lemonade, tea, and water as part of their catering package - but not always!
YES! We can provide additional staff for an extra fee.
Our standard uniform is all black. Our staff also has the option to dress in dressy-casual attire but can be discussed for clients preferences.
Our staff takes every precaution to ensure that our guests are never over-served. Our staff takes every precaution to follow all NC ABC Law guidelines.
Depends on the package you choose. Typically, for our beer and wine package, most of our clients fill up all 4 taps on the kegerator or up to 3 bottles/can. We serve up 6 wines by the bottle, but most clients choose between 2-4 selections for their guests to enjoy.
For our beer, wine, and two specialty cocktail package, typically 2 liquors are purchased by the client, depending on cocktail preference. CMM provides all garnishes and mixers needed for the cocktails.
ALL INCLUSIVE. For this package, up to 6 liquors are purchased on top of the beer and wine. Depending on the clients preferences, standard mixers will be provided on behalf of CMM.
We normally serve sixtel kegs, aka a sixth of a barrel. These hold 55 servings, and usually cost around $100 but this price can go up to $150 - $200 for specialty beers.
A good rule of thumb is to account for two drinks per person during the first hour & one drink per person per hour for the remainder of the party. This will help account for those that drink more than that and those that drink less.
Here's an example: 120 guest wedding - 90 drinkers. 90 x 5 hours, 450 servings needed.
We are happy to tailor the beverage order to fit your budget and make up of your guest list.
Yes, our travel rate changes depending on how far away your event is located from Jacksonville and which type of mobile bar is being transported. We currently serve the state of North Carolina and 60 miles of travel is included originating from Onslow county.
We can accommodate further distances over 60 miles for an additional $0.75 per mile.
This pays for transportation of your choice of mobile bar, bartenders, supplies, and beverages.
This depends on your venue. Some require that you apply for a liquor permit when serving any type of liquor, even signature cocktails.

We cannot file this for you, since we are the bar service - not the host of the party.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. We do not sell drinks by the serving, but rather the host pays for everything alcohol related. No mobile bar in the state of North Carolina will sell beverages by the serving, unless they are partnered with a non-profit during an event.

We also offer satellite bar rentals. Dimensions of our satellite bars vary.
The trailer requires flat ground for set up and service. We'll also need clear access to leave the set up location at the conclusion of our services. We can serve on private property, and we can provide an indoor bar if necessary for a small fee.
YES! Absolutely, we are happy to provide our mobile bar for any type of event and provide a non alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced teas, mocktails, and more.
