Looking back, we realize our love for bringing people together started long before this business ever existed. We grew up in a family where someone was always hosting a gathering. Our Nana, along with our great aunts and uncles, taught us that the best memories are made around good food, great conversations, and the people you love most.
Something as simple as Sunday dinner meant there would be at least 20 people gathered around the table. Everyone pitched in, everyone was welcome, and every gathering felt like a celebration. There was always homemade wine being shared, someone asking, “Want a sip?”, and plenty of laughter to go around. Looking back, we realize those simple traditions taught us that bringing people together has never been just about the drinks—it’s about creating moments worth remembering.
Years later, those same values became the foundation of Carolina Mix & Mingle. Every event we serve is rooted in the lessons we learned around those family gatherings: welcome everyone, serve with heart, and make every gathering feel special.
Summer
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Summer specializes in weddings, private events, and custom beverage experiences. From the first inquiry to the final toast, Summer works closely with every client to create a beverage experience that’s thoughtful, organized, and uniquely their own.
Crystal
After years of caring for others in the medical field, Crystal brought that same compassion and servant’s heart into hospitality. Today, she leads our community beverage experiences, bringing lemonade stands, dirty soda bars, and specialty beverages to local festivals, athletic events, fundraisers, and community celebrations. Whether she’s serving drinks or cheering from the sidelines, Crystal loves bringing people together and supporting the communities we call home.
What started as a passion for serving others has grown into a full-service beverage company.
Today, Carolina Mix & Mingle is still family-owned, but it’s powered by an incredible team. Alongside Summer and Crystal is a dedicated team of experienced bartenders, barbacks, and event staff who share the same passion for hospitality and exceptional service. Every member of our team is carefully selected for their professionalism, personality, and commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
