This is not a “post what we tell you” internship.
We are looking for someone who thinks, not someone who waits.
You should:
• Have creative opinions

• Be confident offering ideas and feedback

• Execute content with consistency and intention
You will:
• Film and edit Reels and TikToks
• Assist with event coverage (weddings, festivals, pop-ups)
• Help brainstorm and pitch original content ideas
• Support brand growth and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• 18+ (college student preferred)
• Local to Jacksonville / Beaufort area
• iPhone (required for content workflow consistency)
• Comfortable on camera and filming behind the scenes
• Available approximately 25–30 hours per month
• Reliable transportation preferred for event travel
Experience is not required.
Creativity, initiative, professionalism, and reliability matter far more.
This is a paid internship averaging 25–30 hours per month.
Carolina Mix & Mingle Beverage Service

Carolina Mix & Mingle is seeking professional, reliable event bartenders for weddings, festivals, and private events across Eastern North Carolina.
This is PRN (as-needed) event-based work. Schedules vary based on bookings.
We are looking for bartenders who are polished, personable, and confident managing high-volume service while maintaining an upscale presentation.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional bar service at weddings, private events, and festivals
• Serve beer, wine, and mixed beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Maintain a clean and organized bar setup
• Follow all North Carolina alcohol laws and responsible service standards
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment
• Monitor guest behavior and refuse service when necessary in compliance with NC law
Requirements
• 21+ years old
• Prior bartending experience preferred (event experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and proper pour techniques
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs (coolers, ice, equipment)
• Reliable transportation
• Available for evening and weekend events
• Must comply with all North Carolina ABC regulations
Preferred:
• NC ABC Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server certification
• Experience in wedding or high-volume event environments

Responsibilities
• Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice
• Maintain organization and cleanliness behind the bar
• Remove trash and manage waste water when applicable
• Monitor inventory levels during service
• Support setup and breakdown of bar equipment
• Ensure bar areas remain visually clean and guest-ready
Requirements
• 18+ years old (21+ preferred for direct alcohol handling)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs (ice bags, coolers, bar equipment)
• Reliable transportation
• Available for evenings and weekends
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must comply with North Carolina ABC laws

• Monitor guest consumption and notify bartenders of concerns
• Assist with light setup and breakdown when needed
Requirements
• 18+ (must be 21+ to serve alcohol directly under NC law)
• Knowledge of basic alcohol service standards
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Evening and weekend availability
• Must follow all North Carolina ABC regulations and responsible service practices

• Event or hospitality experience
